Looking for the Right Person

My husband is looking for the right person for work. He is in charge of sales recruiting and they have an opening now. He wants to find someone who is personable and will not take no for an answer. It does not matter if the person has previous sales experience, they will train where he works. There are a lot of people who have applied for the position. He now needs to look at the resumes and narrow things down.
