How to Be Innovative In Market Research
February 13th, 2012
When it comes to the products that you make and provide to your customers you may not be the only company out there offering that product. So, how can you provide innovative market research and be a cut above the rest? A good rule of thumb is to think like a customer. Chances are you may have used the products your company makes or sells so think about how you’d like to see the product improve and think about how you’d like to offer your feedback to the companies that you purchase from. It’s probably very likely that you think a lot like your customers, this could give you an edge over your competition.

You're right, thinking like a customer is ultimately the best type of market research that you can do. Try to imagine products that your target customers want to buy, what their interests might be, etc. After all, they're the ones buying your product, right?
