How ACT Exams Gauge a Students Admission to College

Undergraduates have to be sure to get high results for their ACT as this would gauge them for their preparation to college. Similar to SAT’s, an ACT examination also focuses on the 4 major academic topics namely math, english, science and reading or essentially what they have learned during high school. Its difference from SAT’s is that ACT examination is purely several choice kind exam questions with no writings or essays. Nonetheless, this examination also allows college and university officials to test of the undergraduate meets the standards set on to be admitted. Along with the student’s grade point average, these types of exams are the main criteria for acceptance to college and universities. That is why students who take up this exam should perform well especially if they would wish to enroll at a great college or university. Nevertheless, not much pressure is given for ACT test takers as they can really repeat the tests should they fail.
