Going Against Trademark Infringement

My company has been in business for over fifteen years. I truly enjoy what I do. I have been happy with my occupation ever since I went into business for myself. While strolling through different Internet sites I came across a domain who had my same name. I was startled by it at first because this was definitely a case of trademark infringement. I contacted the website owner and they went ahead and took everything down. I was very happy that I had protected my company’s name.
