Our doctor’s office has grown tremendously over the last few years and we now have a need for an after-hours call in service. We looked into one that offers, among other things, triage protocols for the nurses to follow right at their fingertips, faxing capabilities right through the software and a paging system to get in touch with the doctors on call. I think it’s really going to help us out tremendously as we go forward with our new after-hours center.

When you first start your business, your mind is focused on many different things. With technological advancement one has to think of upgrading his computer systems from what he has to more modern applications. Being left behind in terms of technology is frustrating as you will realize that you keep receiving documents that you cannot access on your computer thanks to the outdated application you are still using. This was more prominent for me since I kept receiving documents that had been saved in the word 2007 format yet I had word 2003 on my laptop. Life was very challenging for me since it was difficult to open the documents. I however realized that I could visit help microsoft office to find out how I could use my new upgraded application, the Microsoft office 2007. The online Microsoft office help is useful not only when learning Ms Word but also other office applications such as Access and Excel. Moreover the Microsoft office 2007 had installed in it the word 2007 help menu. This feature was really helpful as I did not need to get a tutor to help me understand it. I realized that word 2007 is even much friendlier than the 2003 version and more helpful especially in making a document look presentable. Its entire buttons are accessible easily. I need not have felt any resistance to change in the first place. I learnt that technology advancement can be a challenge when your mind fights to change. But if you are open to change then you could always find help either on the internet or books from the library. The advantage of being techno savvy does out ways the difficulty you have to go through to learn it.

There are a lot of thing that people at my company needed to know about AS9100. Luckily, we were able to find a company that was able to help us with our AS9100 Training. They were table to train our employees in everything the needed. They also performed an audit on our company so that we knew where we were, and what we needed to do to get to where we should to be. All that training made my boss happy.

My friend and I have been separated for about a year now. We seldom see each other and call each other. So when we do, we really spend time for each other. Okay, I’m going to be honest; she’s not just a simple friend. She’s the girl I’ve always liked but never got the chance to go out with because she always had someone with her. I never got the guts to tell her. Anyway, I don’t really intend on asking her out or anything. I just want her to be happy with whatever decision she makes and besides I’m happy with how things are going with me. I’m attending a good audio engineering school in NY and I have lots of friends. There are also some girls who like me so life isn’t all that bad. But if ever given the chance… well, that’s a totally different thing. So anyway, last night we had an hour phone call. It was really awesome because we talked like the old days. We share even the littlest things together. She’s still the friendly and down to earth girl I became friends a while ago. Because she was the one who called, I asked for the reason. Usually, I’d be the one calling her and this time she did so there must be something up, right? If I was Brad Pete I won’t even think that way. At first, she was a bit hesitant but later on, she admitted to me that she’s pregnant. I didn’t know what to say. What was I supposed to say? I was shocked. She then started to cry because the father isn’t willing to go through with it and poof he disappeared like coco crunch. Today, I will go meet her to talk about it.

I figured out how to learn Greek without disrupting my life when it occurred to me that I carry a music player everywhere that I go. I include small chunks of audio about Greek on my playlists and they get mixed in with the music that I love to listen to anyway. It gives me very frequent reviews of the subject matter without overwhelming me and it seems to have done a lot for my ability to understand the spoken language.

It can be scary, but when you do a gap year study abroad program, you’ll be miles and timezones away from home. If you’re worried about being able to take care of yourself, you can choose to stay with a host family who will provide meals and basic necessities. If you want more freedom, try staying in a dorm. You’ll be with a lot of other students in the same position as you, and there’s often few rules or curfews, but you’ll have to get your own meals and do laundry. No matter what living situation you choose, you’ll be on your own for free time. Make sure to plan ahead and know how to get around the city on your own.

My friends came over and we all talked about a lot of interesting things, including which career we might be interested in as of the moment. We knew we had a lot of options. Everybody had different preferences as well, so it took us hours to finish the whole discussion. Some of my friends are into music, some are into designing clothing and the others are planning on taking up business courses. When they asked me about what I really want, I told them that I am currently thinking about taking up a course in film making. I guess they’ve already expected this seeing as how we’ve all been very close since we we’re kids. Anyway, one of my friends told me that there are a lot of good film schools in Los Angeles. Although I have already heard about this, I think I might still have to think about which school to choose. My mom has advised me to make sure that I should think about choosing a good school carefully. She said that even if one already has the talent, it is still very important to learn only from the best when it comes to movie making. I completely agree with her, however, it isn’t easy for me to just decide on which school to study. I may have to read reviews, and do a little research in order for me to find out about which school has the best accredited program that could also suit my needs.

My husband is crazy. I guess that his job limits the number of books you can have on your desk. My husband loves books and uses them all of the time, so he has started just carrying a couple of his books with him. He carries a Dictionary with him all of ht time. I told him that it would be easier to just download a dictionary app, but he really likes to use a real paper dictionary instead of the phone.
